These songs were born from love and loss, starting over, getting older, faith changing shape, letting go of who we thought we were supposed to be, and finding our way back to music — and to ourselves.

Part memoir, part reflection, this record holds the stories that brought us here: the beautiful ones, the heartbreaking ones, the ones that changed us, and the ones we're still making sense of.
